EXP200 is THE new technology in Flexible Foam Expansion Joint Fillers. It's base is still closed cell polyethylene foam, however it is blended prior to extrusion with another polymer to give it it's unique stiffness. Still Flexible enough to bend around a tight radius, EXP200 has the feel of a "tough foam".

Simply adhere EXP200 to any existing structure and pour the new concrete up to it

Features:

EXP200 - Extruded from high quality polyethylene/polypropylene blend
Easy to use - Made in familiar 5' or 10' lengths on pallets
Peel off Strip - Comes Standard but can be special ordered without
Flexibility - Will not break or crack when used around curves or columns
Lightweight - Approximately 10 times lighter than traditional expansion joint products
ASTM accepted - EXP200 recieved a newly developed ASTM D-7174
Resilient - Keeps its thickness as concrete expands and contracts
Efficient - With near zero water absorption, EXP200 will not rot over time
Economical - Easily cut with any utility knife and on any jobsite

Installation:

Your setup is all the same, no special equipment is required.
Simply install EXP200 with the peel strip either up or down, depending on if the joint will be sealed or not
Install using spray on adhesive or mechanically fasten it to the surface
Finish the concrete as you normally would
If the joint will not be sealed then you're done, if it will be sealed, utilize the peel top feature to create the sealant cavity.

EXP200 Can be cut to have the same peel strip as standard Foamtech
