EXP400 is a more rigid version of the EXP200.  Available in a 4 PCF density, it is tough enough for even the most demanding jobs.

EXP 400 is installed the same as other expansion joint materials.  Just adhere it to the surface then pour your new concrete up to it.
 
 

Features:

  • Tough - EXP400 is some of the toughest expansion joint foam available
  • Density - EXP400 boasts a 4 PCF(lbs/cubic foot) density
  • Resilient - With a higher density comes a tougher, stronger, and longer lasting material for high end jobs that need to be done right the first time

 

Benefits:

  • When properly staked, EXP400 is sturdy enough to be used as a form when pouring curved designs
  • Time and Labor Savings:  If pouring on both sides of the radius, EXP400 can be used as both the form, then left in place and reused as the expansion joint filler
