Closed
Cell, Non Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam Available in Black, Grey or White, and can be used in all
standard concrete construction applications. It is widely used and accepted in residential, commercial and industrial
construction.
Features: - Extruded from high quality polyethylene
foam

off Strip - Standard on each roll, but can be special ordered without
- Flexibility - Will not break or crack when used around curves
or columns
- Lightweight - Approximately 10 times lighter than traditional expansion joint products
- Accepted and used daily by both commercial
and residential contractors
- With near zero water absorption, Foamtech®
will not rot out of the joint over time
- Easily cut and handled on any jobsite
Installation: - Your setup is all the same, no special equipment is required.
- Simply install Foamtech®
with the peel strip either up or down, depending on if the joint will be sealed or not
- Install using spray on adhesive, mechanical fastners, or depending on the surface simply smack it with
a hammer.
- Finish the concrete as you normally would
- If the joint will not be sealed then you're done, if it will be sealed, utilize
the peel top feature to create the sealant cavity.

Closed
Cell, Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam Available in Black, Grey or Cream rolls or Grey sheets. Cross-linked
PE Foam can be used in all standard concrete construction applications. It is widely used and accepted in residential,
commercial, industrial and State DOT construction.
Features: - HT (Chemically)
or HTI (Irradiation) Crosslinked Types
- Extruded as high quality closed cell, cross linked polyethylene
foam
- Peel
off Strip - Can be added to certain thicknesses, please inquire
- Flexibility - Will not break or crack when used around curves
or columns
- Accepted and used daily by both commercial/DOT and residential contractors
- Can be State DOT approved, please inquire
- Available with or without PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)
- Easily cut and handled on any jobsite
Reliable: - HT or HTI provides all the
same reliable characteristics as our standard Foamtech® but is compatible with hot applied sealants and exposure
to a broader range of solvents.

Cell Neoprene Sponge Rubber Joint Filler Neoprene is available in roll or sheet form and in Multiple
Densities / Grades / Types to meet a wide range of specifications. Pleaese inquire about your specific needs.
Features: - Neoprene helps prevent clogging of
expansion joints with mortar and is the accepted material for brick and block expansion joint fillers.
- Can be precut and shipped direct to your jobsite.
- Available with or without PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)

REBONDED RUBBER
Rebonded
Rubber Formed from pieces of a high quality rubber, bonded sceurely with resin. It is highly
reslient and will compress with little extrusion and recover to 90% of its original thickness.
Features: - Rebonded Rubber is a widely accepted form
of expansion joint filler today. It can be used in almost any type of residential or commerical application including
Corps of Engineers projects such as dams, levees and water treatment facilities.
- Available in sheet sizes of 36" x 54" or precut at the factory to your exact
specification requirements.

STANDARD CORK
Standard
Cork Type II Standard Cork is a resin bonded cork filler for building and civil engineering.
Features: - Standard Cork Type II consists of extremely
selected cork granules securely bound together by a synthetic resin of a soluble nature and molded under heat and pressure.
- Recommended wherever joints in concrete, brick or block work, require sealing and filling.
- Available in full 36" x 10' sheets or can be precut and shipped to meet your exact specifications.
SELF EXPANDING CORK
Self
Expanding Cork Type III Self Expanding Cork is produced with clean granulated cork particles securely
bound together with a synthetic resin. The product expands upon exposure to moisture and weather to develop an interface
pressure seal within the concrete joint.
Features: - Self Expanding Cork Type III is particularly
used for sealing the expansion joint in water structures, irrigation canals, culverts, dams, reservoirs, seal walls, water
treatment facilities and storage structures, among others.
- Available
in full 24" x 36" sheets or can be precut and shipped to meet your exact specifications.
- S.E. Cork requires proper handling and storing conditions

BACKER ROD
Standard Backer Rod Standard Backer Rod is an ideal non absorbent compressible material
inserted into a joint to control sealant depth. It creates a backstop to allow for proper sealant tooling. Uses: Backer Rod is commonly used in glazing operations, window and door applications, expansion
joints, curtain wall joints, partitions, log construction, pavement joints and repair, precast units and copings and any number
of other job applications.
